Anil M. Patel​
PRESIDENT
What hasn't Anil done? That is the real question. From operating his parents bike shop & garment factory in Luanshya, Zambia to becoming a manager of multiple Dominoes pizza stores, to constructing over 40 hotels, to establishing a respected management-development company. Anil has some serious experience.
​
These days, Anil has handed over the reigns to his sons, and is starting to enjoy the fruits of his labor with his beautiful wife, Aswini.
​
Together they travel the world and are always searching for the next destination.
Kris Magn, CHIA , CHO​
CEO
Kris graduated from Baylor University, majoring in Social & Corporate Entrepreneurship. Sic 'Em Bears!
​
The day after graduation, he bought some steel toed boots and went to his dad's job site, the Staybridge Suites in Fort Worth, TX. Since then, he has not looked back, taken the leaps, and has dove deep. From full-time construction management to full-circle hotel operations, Kris has climbed his way through the ranks.
​
He is extremely proud to be the CEO of Krisnik and is forever grateful to his parents for manifesting this opportunity.
​
Outside of the office, you can find Kris at his 2nd job as a industry-leading husband and dog dad to Moose & Suki Magan.
Nik Magan
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nik graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. - Sic 'Em Bears Also!

Post graduation, Nik took the plunge into hotel construction. If you know Nik, you know he is a hands on person. It gives him great pleasure to pick things apart, identify the issue, and then rebuild.
​
Currently, Nik is on the journey to become a seasoned hotelier and welcomes new opportunities to learn!
​
After work, don't be alarmed when you see Nik working underneath his truck, adding that one more custom part.
Ronak "Jimmy" Patel Operations Manager
Jimmy is the true image of self-made. After moving to the US he began working at his Mama's hotel. He then was introduced to Anil and was hired as a front desk agent at the Best Western Lake Worth. After proving his ability to manage the hotel, he was promoted to General Manager.

Fast forward through blood, sweat, and tears, Jimmy eventually purchased the Best Western from Anil. He is the epitome of the American Dream and we are so proud to have him on board.
​
After mastering hotel operations, Jimmy fell in love with the jobsite. He has helped Krisnik by being an effective communicator, planner, and visualizer.
​
After hours, Jimmy is a loving husband and a proud father of two charismatic kids.
Stefanie Pencek
OFFICE MANAGER
Stefanie is our magician. Give her any task, any issue, or any question and watch her as the sparks fly!

Stefanie has been with Krisnik for over 10 years, and has seen the company grow from a unique perspective. Her knowledge and understanding of the minute details always leaves us amazed.
​
Krisnik would not be what it is today without her!
